Well Hello « Result #1 on Aug 31, 2009, 8:40pm »
Howdy Gang
Bryn from the Likeness here, we're back!!
We had reason to brush off the catsuits and false tashes a few weeks back and we SOOOO enjoyed it , we're going to be out there chasing gigs as the BEST Darkness tribute band out there once again.
It's been too long and we wanna Rock but we're gonna need some help in convincing venues that you really want to feel the Darkness once more.
We hope we can count on you lovely people, especially Sez.... We still have the photos :0)

Hello!
Sorry for the late reply. Welcome to the forums! We need more bass players in the world! My fingers just aren't long enough to play it. I'm currently in a band too...although at the moment it's lacking the singer and a bass lol. The singer is off in a different country and the bassist that's interested wants to play keyboard XD

Hiya I haven't got a clear quality version of it either. To my knowledge it was a song that was played only live, I will ask around. The folks at justinhawkinsrocks.co.uk might be able to find you a decent quality one (if there is such a thing). I don't think it was ever recorded... but I could be wrong :S

Hey, I've managed to obtain all of the darkness tracks listed on the discography page except for "Up sheet Creek." Does anyone know where I can listen to this track? It gnaws at my soul to know there's a darkness original that I haven't heard!
Hi all. My name is Brooks and I've been addicted to the Darkness and now Hot Leg since 2004 or so (has it been that long already?). I just can't enough of Justin's exuberant melodies. I play bass (rather poorly) in a band called Belle's Wake (sounds nothing like Darkness or Leg). Hawkins has been a huge influence melodically on my solo songs though. I really appreciate the work done on this site, it's helped me to track down songs I didn't know about!

Thanks for the feedback! We're glad you're enjoying the site! There should be more news in the next couple of months. We're awaiting the release of Hot Leg's new album and the Stone Gods UK Tour in March. Keep on rockin'!
